Can I "After Pay" in-store and pick it up?

Yes – you can do After pay in-store and pick up straightway if that product is available for store pick up.

Is your warehouse open to retail customers?

Of course, our store is open to all retail and wholesale customers.

Do you guarantee results for your health and beauty products?

Yes, we do. But keep in mind that results can vary from person to person. And some products might take longer to achieve desired results.

Should I talk to a professional before purchasing any health products?

If you have any conditions, we always recommend please talk to a professional before purchasing.

Why do you ship some products from Australia and some from overseas warehouses?

We ship all our hair extensions and some mobile accessories from our Melbourne warehouse but apart from that, most of the other products we ship from our China warehouse. We had to make this business model because we ship to many other countries around the world, and it is cost-effective for us to ship those products directly to our customers rather than bring them to Australia and then again ship to our customers. Which can be very costly. Guess what- we pass this saving to our customers by offering the best prices for the best quality products.

Do you provide a warranty on your products?

All our products come with a warranty. Depending on the product, it starts from a minimum of 30 days up to 1 year. All product pages should have individual product warranty notifications. So please read through.

What is Remy Hair?

Remy is considered the best quality and the most popular type when it comes to hair quality. Usually, Remy's hairs are cuticles kept intact and running in the same direction. And they last longer than other types of hair.

What type of hair do you use?

We use ethically sourced 100% Russian & European Remy Human Hair.

What is the main difference between Russian and European hair?

Russian hairs are Fine hair types. They are naturally straight, soft, and silky. Compared to European hair, they are more robust and more durable. In short, they are of better quality than European hairs.

Who are your courier partners?

Australia wide our courier partner is Australia Post, and our overseas partners are DHL. FedEx, YUN Express, UBI.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

Can I "After Pay" in-store and pick it up?

Is your warehouse open to retail customers?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

1.4 I have problems adding items to my shopping cart

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

1.5 How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

1.6 Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

1.7 I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

1.8 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
